Payment Due 

Within 7 days of receiving your invoice.  

Preferred payment is Zelle, but we accept all major credit cards & checks.    

Return check fee of $40.00 to be paid by money order along with original fee.     

Mileage

1-40 miles per day charge included in daily care 41 miles and above per day will be charged at Federal Standard Mileage Rate ($.655/Mile as of January 1, 2023).
